About Us

Shawn Nichols and Ann Marie Byrd purchased the Historic Property known as the Corbet-Aspray house in February of 1999, and immediately embarked on plans for a complete restoration and renovation. Work began in May and lasted for some nine months culminating in the creation of Hannah's Garden Inn. This process was truly a family affair with some eighteen family members involved in all aspects of the process resulting in an award winning Bed & Breakfast Inn, Event and Premiere Garden Wedding Facility.

The Historic Home

Historically known as the Corbet-Aspray House and designed by the renowned architectural team of Kirtland Cutter and Karl Malmgren, the home dates to 1908 and remains a lone representative of the majestic estates which once graced Seventh avenue on Spokane's historic South Hill.
